Payment

  • Payment secures your project slot.

  • Work begins after payment is received, and your project is being actively worked on.

After Completion

  • Small updates are handled through Optimization Services.

  • Ongoing work is handled through Support Plans.

Client Responsibilities

  • All content, images, and required materials must be provided before the project begins.

  • Delays in providing content can delay the project timeline.

  • Clear direction or approval is required at each stage to maintain project flow.

Page Scope

  • Each package includes a set number of pages.

  • Pages are built during the active project window.

  • The project begins when your project is in the active build phase.

Highlight

  • All pages must be completed within the active project window.
  • Unused pages are not held for future use.
  • Additional pages can be requested separately.
  • All work is completed within the scope of the selected package.
  • Requests outside of the original scope will require an additional service.

These are pages that you want to add outside of the package purchased.

Applies to plugins not included in the purchased package.

I’d be happy to help you set up your hosting and domain name, or simply do it for you. 

  • Formatting and placing provided content across pages, that’s outside the scope of the project.
  • Content must be provided in a usable format. Disorganized content can increase pricing.
  • Final pricing is based on content volume and level of organization.
