• Projects are worked on in the order of client purchase.

• I will communicate with you when your site is currently being worked on.

• Your site is built with structured updates and clear communication.

• Payment secures your spot on my schedule.

• Work begins after payment is received and your site is actively being worked on in the queue.

• The script/blueprint = All content, images, and other required materials, which must be given to me before I can begin.

• Delays in providing script can delay your project timeline.

• Clear direction or approval may be asked for at certain stages to maintain project flow.

• Each package includes a set amount of pages and are built during the active project window.

• The project begins when it’s in active build phase in the queue.

• Unused pages are not held for future use.

• Additional pages, outside of the package amount allowed,  can be requested separately.

• All work is completed within the scope of the selected package.

• Requests outside of the original scope require additional service purchase.

• Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the active build phase.

• Revision are minor changes to a website, that doesn’t cross the line into redesigning or total building of something on your site ( broken link, button change, technical type things, changing a color, font type) at a smaller scale, though still significant, than building or redesigning.

• All revisions requested after project completion will require one of the optimization packages.

Options:

1. I build on my wordpress, hosting service and run the site for you, by default.

2. I build on your wordpress and you host the site yourself. Hosting side issues are not what I take care of in this case. Only the website issues.

–Temporarily– Redesigns only happen on your end by way of creating an administrator account on your wordpress site and share those login details with me — this is separate from your personal or hosting login, so your account stays secure.

•  I will implement a way to migrate sites successfully, so redesigns can be done on my end as well.

• Small updates are handled through optimization services.

• Ongoing work is handled through supports packages
