1. Services
PrecisionCoder provides:
- Website design and development
- Website redesigns
- Website fixes
- Ongoing support (if selected)
All services are clearly defined before work begins.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required upfront before work begins
- All payments are non-refundable
Refund Exception
A refund will only be issued when requested if:
- The final delivered website is significantly broken
- Core functionality does not work across the site
This does not include:
- Preference-based dissatisfaction
- Minor design differences
- Requested features outside the agreed scope
3. Quality Assurance
PrecisionCoder verifies websites before delivery to ensure:
- Pages load correctly
- Core functionality works as intended
- The site is usable across standard devices
4. Revisions
- Revisions are limited to the agreed scope
- Additional changes may require additional fees
5. Project Scope
- Work is completed based on the agreed scope
- Any additional requests outside that scope will be quoted separately
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide required content, images, and details
- Communicate clearly and in a timely manner
- Review work and provide feedback when requested
Delays in communication may affect timelines.
7. Delivery
- Timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Final delivery is provided after full payment (already completed upfront) and project completion
8. Ownership
- Full ownership of the website is transferred after delivery
- PrecisionCoder may showcase completed work in a portfolio
9. Ongoing Support
- Monthly support is separate from build pricing
- Includes only what is defined in the selected plan
10. Limitation of Liability
PrecisionCoder is not responsible for:
- Loss of revenue, business, or data
- Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, plugins, platforms)
11. Termination
PrecisionCoder reserves the right to pause or end a project if:
- Terms are violated
- Communication breaks down
- Required materials are not provided
12. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services means acceptance of the updated terms.
